Christian's professional career has awarded her the opportunity to never stay anywhere more than 5 years at a time, but Columbus, Ohio has been the most consistent. She has a sense of pride when she tells others she is from the capital city. Christian graduated from the beloved Kentucky State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught for a year after graduation before deciding to go on a different career path in event-planning.

She then obtained a Master of Science degree in Recreation and Sports Management with a specialization in Special Events from Ohio University. After graduation, Christian was employed as a Recreation and Special Events Coordinator at Centerville-Washington Park District in Centerville, Ohio. This position awarded her the opportunity to attend and graduate from Event Management School, a two-year program sponsored by the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) certifying her as a Festivals and Events Associate. After serving in this position for three years, she decided to take a leap of faith, move back to Columbus, Ohio (home) and start her own design and event consulting business, CNoelDesigns.
